How do I create a new account?

If you are a new patron, click “Login / Register” first, then enter an email address in the “New Account” section and click “Create”. Once you have updated your details, it will automatically be updated in our database. A password will be sent to you. This will be used every time you make online transactions.

How come I can’t create an account with my email address?

You might have previously purchased tickets via HK TICKETING and an account has already been created that’s tied to your email address. To retrieve your password and access your account, click “Retrieve Password”, enter your email address and a new password will be sent to you via e-mail.

Why can’t I change my e-mail address?

You can only update your e-mail address via our hotline at +852 31 288 288.

How do I change my password?

You must first log into your account, click on “Account” and enter your current and new password before clicking “Update Account” to save.

You must first log into your account, click on “Account” and choose “My Subscriptions” Uncheck the subscription buttons and click “Update Account” to save.
