What happens when a show is cancelled or postponed?

The show organiser will typically inform the public, usually through announcements in the major media channels or via e-mail. For both postponements and cancellations, refund services are available and instructions will be communicated. Back to Top

Will there be any time limit when I buy tickets on-line?

All seats offered are held for 10 minutes. If online is not completed within the transactional time limit, the seats will be released back into the database for the next potential buyer. Back to Top

Are cameras and / or video cameras allowed at venues?

Audio and video recording equipment are not allowed in most venues. Bag checks are usually conducted and you are advised to check the event details page for admission rules and restrictions. Back to Top
